The flowers, I was told, were beautiful. The delivery was not far from the "store", hence my surprise at the cost of the delivery. Otherwise, happy with my purchase.

I am glad you heard good things about the flowers, and I am sorry the delivery charge shocked you.... We use a courier service and they charge $16.00 for most of the city. This way if there is only 1 person on staff that we don't have to shut the shop down to take a delivery.

This flower shop has first class as part of its name for a reason they have the best staff the best flowers and the best prices. They deliver all over the city especially the North West for me and I wouldn’t use any other flower store. I have been using them since 2019 when I found their website and haven’t used anyone else since. Hands down best customer service.

Great service and flowers. I order from here often. But the resent purchase, attention was not paid to payment details. I ordered two separate orders of flowers to be delivered to separate people and wanted to use different payment methods. But they were all charged to the same card. I didn't call to complain becuase it often is more hassle to reverse these kinds of errors, but it was not what I had requested to happen.

Both had come in together and we noticed that the recipient name was the same but did not check the credit card numbers. I know our Mother’s Day mayhem probably had a lot to do with our error. My mum told me the flowers were beautiful and really lasted a long time. She was very pleased with them.
The only negative comment I have is that I had specifically asked for delivery after 1pm and they were delivered around 11am.
But other than that everything was fine and I will definitely order from you again in the future.

Just wanted to say how wonderful FCF is. We have used them for years. Our son got me a an arrangement for Mother's Day. There was a small issue with them. They immediately offered to send me another one. I did try to decline, but they insisted. (I just wanted them to know.) Dear Ingrid and Wendy- Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Wow- what great service. I will be making a donation to the food bank in their name. Haven't seen this quality of service and pride in a long, long time. Thank you! Maybe that's why they are called 'First Class' Flowers. Will never recommend anywhere else.

The flowers were very lovely but the delivery service was poor. Delivery lady was rude and had no compassion for “ get well soon “ flowers !!

If ordering online and they don’t have that colour of flower in stock they will call you right away to let you know and choose from the ones they do have. They are so friendly and polite. Their custom arrangement was as good, or better than the original order, and delivery was perfect..

I was disappointed with the arrangement. It was not good value. I thought that for $115 it would be a reasonably pretty arrangement. It looked like a $60 arrangement at best. Previously ordered arrangements were much better value and more beautiful. I suspect there was a shortage of stock that created my disappointment! Not sure I will reuse First Class Flowers.

Beautiful bouquet, however you wrote my phone number wrong (which I typed correctly online) to your delivery company and because of that wasn't able to deliver on time, the flowers ended up arriving only a day later which defeats the purpose of sending flowers for a birthday. The flowers are beautiful BUT they were left at a neighbor at around 10am. I was in the shower and did not hear the doorbell. No notification whatsoever was left to advise me of this. I only knew I had flowers when my son called in the evening to find out if I received the flowers.

Just spoke with our courier service... your neighbours happened to be outside when she was trying to deliver and offered to take them in and bring them to you later. Our courier thought for sure she had left you a voice mail, but of course being mothers day it could have been an oversight. I am so sorry you didn't appreciate the phone call ahead of time, but unfortunately with covid we are unable to neighbor the flowers anymore and our couriers will not attempt to deliver with out knowing if someone is home. So we have been advised to call the day before to verify that there would be someone to accept the flowers.
It is not what we "normally" do, but our new normal is now different also.

Unfortunately due to COVID we are obligated to call ahead for every delivery to make sure someone will be home. This is for the safety of our drivers so that they are not looking for a neighbor to leave the flowers with in the event someone is not home. I am sorry for your disappointment, but this is how things have to be until we get through this.

I used the additive and followed the directions to keep away from direct sunlight and doors. I am disappointed because I am sure my daughter paid a lot for this birthday arrangement.

I ordered flower online this morning off of First Class Flowers Website (before they were open) and asked for them to be sent today. I just got a phone call from the recipients who could not say enough for how beautiful their arrangments are. I have purchased some of the most beautiful arrangements here over the years. Chose my selection because of Color. It was the receivers favorite. Did not get anything close to what the picture looked like. Picture was trendy, what she got was old fashion looking. Very disappointed.

As per our website disclaimer... there may be substitutes regarding flowers. we did not receive burgundy orchids this week, but instead used a beautiful pink one.
We try our best to make our arrangements as unique as possible and the little orchid dish is one of our best sellers.
I am very sorry you were unhappy with it.
